What is your reaction to this news article regarding a recent evolution-in-school controversy in Missouri?
My personal reaction to the article is a mixture of surprise, outrage, and sorrow. I wasn’t aware that such things are still commonly going on in deeply religious parts of the country. It’s saddening that they are still going on, over 200 years after scientists started speaking out with very significant evidence that the teachings of Christianity are false.

At one point I really thought that the US is a high-tech country full of intelligent people.
